Seasonal Residents who contract for the following year's camping season may leave their RVs and one boat/trailer at the campground during the winter without charge.
Seasonal Residents without a contracted reservation for the following year's camping season may store their RVs on site from October 1st until April 1st for a prepaid charge of $860.
Seasonal rental fee is paid in four installments of $430 on September 15th, November 15th, February 15th and April 15th.
Electricity is metered separately and paid in July and September of the camping season.
Seasonal Sites
All seasonal sites have water and septic sewer. 30 Amp or 50 Amp electrical is available and separately metered.
Each site has a picnic table and fire ring.
Decks and storage sheds can be added at resident’s expense and with prior approval.
New seasonal campers must have an approved RV that is less than 10 years old and in good condition.
All residents are subject to covenants and restrictions to maintain the existing appearance and peaceful environment.

Daily Rental Fee
The daily rental fee is $33 per night per family (includes four members). For each additional camper 8 years or older, a fee of $3 per day applies.
