This 2007 model trailer was the last year Sportsmen made a 40 ft. length. This can be legally hauled as a travel trailer, but at this time it is permanently parked at a campground in Ogilvie, MN. Site provides electric and sewer. This season’s rent is paid in full. The trailer would be available June 8 for viewing and purchase.
Interior Features: 2 separate bedrooms with queen size beds. Upgraded mattresses. Queen size roll-out sofa bed; table folds down into bed. Sleeps 8 people comfortably. This trailer is decorated in very neutral colors; high-end fabric night shades; Refrigerator is a 10 cubic ft. with freezer compartment (gas & electric) with a raised oak panel on the exterior (the size was an upgrade). Full oven/ 4 burner range with cover and with built-in microwave hood. Full size sink with sink covers for added countertop space. Lots of cupboard space. Large closet/pantry in bathroom for extra storage. Very large closet in master bedroom with built-in dresser. Bathroom has tub-shower combination with shower door; foot-flush toilet and skylight over shower.
Two power-slide outs grant additional space – one is the master bedroom and the other is the kitchen/living area. Please note the wonderful sliding patio door to the deck (this was an upgrade). There are 3 power vents; two have exterior vent covers. The living room vent has a high-powered fan for cooling. Furnace and Air conditioner is 13,500 BTU; roof insulation is R14.
